Instruments relevant to Port State Control 2021, 2022 Edition, E-Reader

This electronic publication is intended to assist port State control
officers, Administrators and other parties involved in the conduct of
port State inspections in an easy-to-use and portable format. It
provides the full texts of the List of instruments relevant to port
State control procedures published in appendix 19 of *Procedures for
port State control, 2021*.

This edition includes updates to the Guidelines for port State control
under MARPOL Annex VI and Guidance on ballast water sampling and
analysis for trial use in accordance with the BWM Convention and
Guidelines (G2).
