Online orders
When you order online from Bluewater, your
order is sent to us via a secure server.
That means your credit card information is
protected – it cannot be seen by anyone
until it arrives at Bluewater. Check
around and you’ll find that’s not
always the case when you order online
elsewhere. If you're interested, we have
additional information on credit card security. Minimum order:
$10.00 in merchandise.

We have provided a fax form if you would prefer the security of
faxing your order directly to our order department.
Order confirmation
For online orders you will receive email
confirmation of your order within one
business day of the time you place the
order. Please review the confirmation for
accuracy.
Satisfaction guaranteed
At Bluewater, we’re not satisfied unless
you are. Except for special orders, you
may return any book or chart ordered from
us within 30 days for credit, exchange or
refund. Defective software, electronic
charts or videos may be returned
within 30 days for replacement with a
working copy of the same title. Other
software, electronic charts and videos may
be returned within 30 days for credit,
exchange or refund only if they have not
been opened and are in their original
shrink-wrapped containers. All merchandise
returned must be in new condition unless
shipping damage has been reported.
Returning goods
A Return Authorization (RA) is required for
all returns. If you wish to return
something to Bluewater within the 30-day
period outlined above, please call
Bluewater toll free at 1-800-942-2583,
extension 213, for assistance. You may
also fax or
e-mail Bluewater requesting
an RA, and one will normally be issued
within two business days. For your
protection, do not return merchandise
without an RA.
Shipping policy
Bluewater's policy is to neither make
money nor lose money on shipping and
handling. Close attention to shipping and
handling costs and charges over a period
of many years has allowed us to fine-tune
shipping and handling charges to do this,
and our shipping and handling charges are
typical of what others in the industry
charge.

Shipping & handling -
AK, HI, U.S. possessions
For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. possessions and
territories outside the continental U.S.,
we normally ship by Priority Mail or
Express Mail. Our charge for shipping,
handling, packing materials, insurance and
guaranteed delivery is $3.00 plus the cost
of the postage.
International destinations
For most other areas of the world, we ship
Federal Express or by air parcel post. For
fastest delivery abroad, we recommend
Federal Express. Our charge for shipping,
handling, packing materials, insurance,
and guaranteed delivery is $3.00 plus the
courier's shopping fee. If you would like
shipping charges estimated in advance,
please contact Bluewater by phone, fax or
email.
